Membership options

City Fit offers a huge variety of membership options, including everything from 10 visit passes to 52 week memberships, so there's something for every body! All memberships of three months or more include a personalised program and body composition analysis at no extra cost. We also offer casual attendance rates for the gym and/or classes.

Personalised programs

City Fit offers personalised exercise programs which include a body composition analysis, girth measurements and a program of resistance and/or cardiovascular training to suit your needs.

Just want to do your own thing?

You are welcome to use our facilities to create your own exercise experience! But if you get stuck, feel free to chat with us about options!

Personal Training

We have several personal trainers on staff who are available to work one-on-one with you and who love to help you achieve your fitness goals. They are professional, fully qualified and experienced, and because you will have their total attention you'll get maximum results from your workout. You can train as often or as little as you like, it's totally up to you!!! And if you'd like to train with a friend, you can share costs as well as make your session more fun! Group Exercise
